You can check the status of your order and track your package in your account page. Please keep in mind that FD Customs is owned and operated by a firefighter and our hours do vary.

Please remember that every order is custom printed and we want to do our very best to make sure that every order is created to exceed your expectations.

Once your order is shipped, we can only see the same tracking information that you see on your account page. If you are experiencing an issue with delivery of your package after it leaves FD Customs, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex) for detailed tracking information.

If your order seems like it's taking longer than expected to fulfill, please contact us.

We strive to process every order as quickly as possible and take pride in quick turn around times. All of our orders are custom printed and made to order.

We do our best to keep a large inventory of supplies so your order can be processed as quickly as possible, most the same day.

Most items are printed on heavy duty aluminum. We describe the materials that are used for your custom products in each listing. Some of our other customizable products, such as custom luggage tags, are printed on leather.
