Please remember that very order is custom printed and we want to do our very best to make sure that every order is created to exceed your expectations.

How long will my order take to ship?

We strive to process every order as quickly as possible and take pride in quick turn around times.

FD Customs is owned and operated by a firefighter who is on a 24 hour schedule.

All of our orders are custom printed and made to order.

We do our best to keep a large inventory of blanks so your order can be processed as quickly as possible.

What materials do you use?

We describe the materials that are used for your custom products in each listing.

Most items are printed on heavy duty aluminum. .Some of our other customizable products, such as custom luggage tags, are printed on leather.
